The table on the clock lights up and the buttons below follow it. Real coins, same 0.10/0.20 blinds, same rake as anywhere else.
The session runs until you end it. Every table keeps dealing for as long as this page is open - miss a clock and you are folded, not sat out, and a table you bust out of buys you straight back in for 10 coins out of your wallet. It stops when the wallet cannot cover the next one, and it stops for good when you press Cash out all, which folds anything live and pays every stack back.
